LongForm featuring Stian Lundberg

For the next LongForm, we welcome vinyl enthusiast Stian Lundberg into the hot seat. Stian has been a mainstay at Vers Libre over the years, with his regular Saturday radio show Panterprovinsen. Drawing inspiration from Helena Hauff, DJ Stingray, and Hector Oaks—but also the local Bergen music scene, it makes absolute sense he takes to the decks for this flagship event.

For this deep dive, Stian wanted to explore faster rhythms than usual. The new element associated with an extended session like this was the endurance it required. He hoped the structure would give him the freedom to open up and unleash a more playful side. He planned a broad selection of electro, from all corners of the world, as is typical—but from this starting point, he hoped to make the jump out toward breaks and drum & bass.

LongForm aims to be a community night, where members can join us in the studio, as a way to create a social space and strengthen community across different shows and groups. Members looking to learn how to produce radio shows can use this as a way to learn from experienced producers.
